What an incredible experience! We were in Colorado Springs for a vacation with extended family and we had 1 night for a date without kids. The 4 course menu was amazing. David, our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. The food was executed brilliantly showcasing both the amazing ingredients as well as Chef Brown's creativity and skill. The flavors were perfectly balanced and each course was incredible. The wine and cocktail offerings are great and very reasonably priced. I was also very impressed with the non-alcoholic mocktails and beer offerings for a sober diner like myself. The ambiance was wonderful, making conversation easy in a nice and romantic atmosphere. If we lived in the area we would absolutely be regulars here.

Man I can not give this place enough stars!! EVERYTHING was absolutely incredible here. My husband made reservations here for our anniversary. We had the four course meal. Each and every plate was set up beautifully, amazing flavors that the chef combined wonderfully. The presentation was beautiful. The drinks were another set of 5 stars of it's own! My husband order a bourbon and the flavors put into that were great. And also the Carrot cake in a cup drink was a wonderful experience. It didn't have a strong alcohol taste much just a balanced flavor or sweet carrot cake. We would definitely recommend this place. Waiters, bartender, and chef all made an effort to come have a conversation. We had a great time celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary with Four .

Came here for our wedding anniversary and it was incredible. Every dish was so unique. I have to mention our waiters Dave and Matthew - super attentive and in tune with what we wanted. They actually switched our dessert to this incredible apple entremet! Pictures included - absolutely ask for this dessert (it’s going to keep me up at night)

What made it even more unforgettable was the opportunity to meet and chat with Chef Brother Luck himself. As longtime fans of his work on Top Chef and Chopped, it was such a privilege to connect with someone whose culinary journey and creativity we’ve admired for years. He was gracious, down-to-earth, and passionate about his craft—and it shows in every dish. If you’re visiting Colorado Springs, this restaurant is an absolute must. The experience goes far beyond just a meal—it’s a celebration of flavor, hospitality, and heart. Highly recommend!

We came here for our 19th wedding anniversary. We had heard rave reviews for years, and knew it had to be good. The bar has just been raised to a new high. We could not have expected to be treated to the best fine dining experience we've ever had. We entered and were quickly greeted by the unbelievably friendly staff, and seated immediately. After some brief banter with some of the staff, we were welcomed personally by Chef Ashley. We had barely begun looking at the menu, when Chef Ashley invited us seat in the kitchen at the Chef's table. Every. Single. Staff. Member. Every single one of them, from the kitchen porters to Chef Ashley herself, was warm, welcoming, and treated us like the family they hadn't seen in years. Everyone was genuinely happy to be there, proud of their work, and it showed how much they love what they do. Aiden (Sorry if the spelling is incorrect) took care of us throughout the experience. This young man was the embodiment of service. Not only was his knowledge of the food and menus encyclopedic, but his joy at sharing his knowledge was palpable. The food. I could write, ad nauseam, about the food. It was amazing. Several dishes ruined some foods for me, as I will never be able to not compare them to what I experienced tonight. The wine pairings were perfection (props to both the Head Sommelier, and Aiden for their expertise). I will not describe the foods we had, as the menu changes, but also no description I provide will do it justice. For the same reason, my pictures will not adequately capture the feast that all your senses will experience at this restaurant. Every dish deserves its own full page of praise, but one dish, in particular, spoke to my heart. Fall is my favorite time of year, and the head pastry chef, Chef Marjorie, related to me her inspiration for creating the most magical "Fall-in-a-bite" dessert. The balance of flavors, the presentation, the taste...it grabbed a hold of my soul by the shirt collar and slapped me senseless with everything that is Fall in a single spoonful. At the end of our meal, I was able to share some stories with Chef Ashley about our shared passion for cooking, albeit my amateur cooking skills pale by comparison. A genuine connection with real people, their passion for cooking up their soul on a plate, and a warm, inviting restaurant and staff are just a few of the reasons we will be back as soon as we can. We have been coming to Brother's restaurants for over a decade, and have never been disappointed. IV is so good, and their bartender Kyle is easily the best in Colorado. This is the premiere spot in the Springs, if you have one night you should spend it here. Last visit Kyle went to the kitchen to make chocolate for a custom chocolate cocktail for my wife, and it was the best she's ever had. How does he do that!? Amazing octopus appetizer in Colorado? Yes. It's like a dream.

Amazing meal! Service was great. Our server Aiden was so informative and delightful. He ensured our experience was truly amazing. We did the four course meal with wine pairing. It was delicious!!! Would definitely recommend if you are in Colorado Springs.

We had a great time at Four by Brother Luck. After reading his book, "No Lucks Given," we were inspired to go back again, and what a treat! The food was lots of fun, no surprise. The concept of, "come and pick four courses" (the meaning of the restaurant name Four), is fun, and everyone there is so passionate. We were intrigued to learn from our waitress April that turnover there is so low, because Brother takes such good care of his people. That's a restaurant we want to support. The bartender Kyle was super excited about his creations, and that was fun to see. Brother himself called us into the kitchen, when he saw me inspecting the grown-on-premises herbs garden and shared his heart with us about how important it is for his people to understand the effort behind the food before it even gets to the restaurant — the farmer, the distribution, the care and love that goes into it. We love this place.
